Gumbo and new teaching

Well the Easter break is going very nicely. I’m getting chance to catch up on some well needed trumpet playing and singing- which is amazing! Gumbo are meeting up tonight to work on our tunes for Matt and Phred’s towards the end of the month. For those who have never been, Matt and Phred’s is a great jazz club in Manchester and I would highly recommend a visit, they also do great pizza!

A few weeks ago, I started teaching the The Leeds Music Hub. This is a centre in Leeds for Lessons, gigs, workshops and lots of other things. I’m hoping that this relationship will build – there is lots of potential for jazz workshops and summer schools, so it’s all very exciting!
