Glorious weather – outdoor gigs

Saturday, 8th June, 2013

The two rarely coincide, but when they do it’s an absolute pleasure to be savored. Today, Alligator Gumbo played at today at Beeston Festival, which attracted about 5000 people from local communities who came along to enjoy the sunshine, eat great food and listen to live music.
Alligator Gumbo were among three other acts which played the main stage, including a popular Leeds’ band, Middleman. For anyone who hasn’t heard them, they was a treat, these guys rocked as hard as humanly possible at a daytime festival without no liqueur license!

Also, as a passing note. Hats off to the sound engineers, if only sound was this good all the time!
